After 30 years of marital bliss, Hollywood couple Danny DeVito and actress Rhea Perlman have announced that they are getting a divorce.
The former couple has made it clear that they will not be issuing a statement to talk about the separation, but their longtime representative Stan Rosenfield, confirmed the sad news to ET on Monday.
Danny DeVito and Rhea Perlman who have three kids (Lucy, 29 and Grace, 27, and Jacob, 24) together met in 1970, backstage at one of his off-Broadway performances and 14 days later they had moved in together.
The lovers were married 1982 while on a lunch break from their TV series “Taxi.”
They formed a production company called Jersey Films, which gave birth to hit movies such as “Pulp Fiction,” “Garden State” and “Freedom Writers.”
